We aim to provide best quality products, however, If you are not happy with the goods purchased, you can send back the product within 7 days of receipt and get your money back. The returned items must be in its original packaging together with a copy of the invoice and reason for the return of the goods on a paper.

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed can be cancelled only if the orders has not already been shipped by us. If the order has been shipped the customer needs to send back the item for a refund. Shipping charges would not be refunded if the item has been shipped for cancelled orders.

For faulty, incorrect or damaged item(s) received we will refund partial or full amount including postage or send a replacement subject to product availability or request to send back the items for a full refund depending on case to case basis. A picture proof of damage or incorrect item received is needed for the same.

In case of products which have been used, the return of such goods won't be accepted and there would be no refund, subject to issue concerning to the product quality within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The refund is credited to the mode of payment used in 5-7 business days.

Shipping Address Error

Refunds will not be provided for the delay in delivery due to error in shipping address provided while placing the order. The address error needs to be informed to us before the parcel has been dispatched by us. After dispatch there are no guarantees the address can be amended.

Kindly note that the return shipping charges for returns are to be bear by the customer.

• For purchase made by Cash on Delivery, the amount will be refunded by Demand Draft.
• For the prepaid payments such as credit card, debit card, etc the refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment used.
• For payment made from foreign currency cards, the refund will be subject to the applicable foreign exchange regulations. Any gain or loss on account due to currency fluctuation shall be to the customer's account.

For returns, the item cost will be refunded but not the original shipping. All returns must be unused and in original condition. Return items to the return address provided below
